DELIVERY COSTS

 

United Kingdom

Free next day shipping if orders are placed before 13:00. Orders after 13:00 may be sent the following business day. 

Europe

Free shipping on orders over €300*. €25 shipping fee on orders under €300.

 Rest of the world

£40 on all orders.

*Free shipping thresholds are automatically applied at checkout.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

 

All orders take 1-2 working days (not including weekends, sales, holidays) to be processed at our warehouse before being sent out.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. This email contains a tracking link for you to follow the progress of your shipment.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from the time you received the shipping confirmation email before the link is active.

Delivery times depend on the destination:

  • Delivery within the UK takes 2 to 3 working days.

  • EU and International deliveries take 3 to 5 working days.

During busy sales periods deliveries may take up to 6 working days longer than usual.

Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.

Please note that Chelsea Paris ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by Chelsea Paris and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery and are destination-based. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to Chelsea Paris, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).

Delivery estimates exclude weekends and holidays, and are pending credit card approval. Chelsea Paris a reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud and/or billing and shipping validation. Affected customers will be notified by Chelsea Paris Customer Service.

Chelsea Paris is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).
